About Our Client

The client is based on the outskirts of Southampton - requiring a car to access the offices. They have seen a year of huge growth and a large increase in turnover. The role will require an office presence 1 or 2 days a week.

Job Description

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:

Processing and inputting invoices and credit notes

Supplier queries

Processing supplier statements

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the role, you must:

Have worked in a previous role and be able to demonstrate this

Be immediately available or on very short notice

Be a good team player and also work alone

Be confident in using computer software

Be able to multi-task
