Description:
Leading provider of corporate travel services seeks a Purchase Ledger Clerk. The successful candidate must have experience of working for a Travel Company and solid experience of the Dolphin Travel system on the accounting side. Salary is competitive: £27k - £29k pa dependent on experience, plus benefits and this role is currently part home based and partly based in their West London offices.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:
*BSP Reconciliation
*Auto Reconciliation
*Hotel Commission Chasers
*Credit Check for new clients
*Purchase payments
*Petty Cash management
*Daily Banking
*Payment Reconciliation
*Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly Reporting
*ABTA & ATOL Reports
*Plus some general office administrative tasks when required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
For this Accounts Payable position you must have experience of Dolphin Travel System (Transactional side). You will have experience of:
*BSP accounting knowledge
*Full working experience within Accounts Payable and the travel sector.
*Experience with Sage, Evolvi and Travelogix would also be an advantage.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
Working full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm in Central London. Currently this role is also 50% home based (subject to review).
