Purchase Ledger Clerk - Berkshire

Penguin Recruitment is proud to be representing one of the UK\'s leading construction and building services engineering firms in their search for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Finance Team in Berkshire! The main aim of this role will be to ensure that all invoices are processed, recorded and paid to my client within the expected and agreed timeframes; it is essential that candidates have excellent organisation skills for this role.

Requirements:

Experience working in a Financial Administration position having undertaken bookkeeping duties.
Experience working as a purchase ledger is essential.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to work as part of a team.Duties:

Process purchase orders in accordance with current regulations.
Process invoices.
Update ledgers.
Daily cash reporting and posting.
Assist with payroll.
Pay suppliers via BACS and cheque.
