Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk include;- Monitoring outgoings

- Matching, batching and coding invoices

- Supplier statement reconciliation

- Payment runs

- Monitoring payment terms

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role will have the following skills;- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

- Computer literate (intermediate excel would be beneficial)

- A proven track record in a similar Accountancy/Finance role

- Reliable and enthusiastic
