My client is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an initial 6 months FTC. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will report into the Purchase ledger Supervisor.
You will be dealing with supplier invoices that need to be processed in a timely manner within payment terms, to build relationships with their suppliers and stakeholders, reconciling supplier accounts, managing supplier queries and keeping stakeholders updated with ongoing queries and other adhoc duties in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial operations; whilst complying with company policies and procedures, ensuring high level of stakeholder service is upheld at all times.
