Prestige Recruitment Specialists are delighted to be recruiting for our prestigious client, a large manufacturing company in Hull for the position of Purchase Ledger Assistant
* Primarily providing support to the purchase ledger
* Ensuring accurate and timely processing of data with attention to detail essential
* Additional support as required to the Finance Department
* Coding and invoice / PO matching onto ERP system (IFS- Oracle based)
* Sending invoices for electronic authorisation
* Requesting and reconciliation of supplier statements
* Taking supplier telephone calls
* Filing of accounts payable paperwork.
* Provide backup to payment run
* Any other tasks that you or your Manager deem to be necessary to carry out the role in line with business requirements.

Hours - 37 per week - Monday to Friday
