My Client is looking for an accounts payable assistant to join their small, friendly finance team.

Role responsibilities to include:

  • Purchase Ledger; processing invoices for approval.
  • Weekly bank reconciliations
  • Monthly supplier BACS payment runs
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Dealing with accounts enquiries - internally and with suppliers
  • Monitoring accounts support inbox
  • General administration - greeting visitors, answering the phone , etc

Key skills required:

  • Experience working within a similar role
  • Team player
  • Enthusiastic
  • Good working knowledge of excel
