Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work for our leading distribution client based in the Wednesbury area.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
-Generating internal invoices to authorise payments
-Assisting the Purchase Ledger with any administration duties
-Matching invoices and posting onto system
-Checking and reconciling supplier statements
-Filing invoices and statements, dealing with all purchase enquiries, and processing all staff expenses
-Cash book reconciliations
-Filing, faxing dealing with general customer and supplier quotes

The successful candidate must have:
-Excellent communication skills
-Quick leaner
-Be motivated
-Good administration skills

Hours are 9am - 5pm with 30-minute lunch
Pay rate is £11.28 per hour
