We are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our journey.

The Purchase Ledger Assistant provides a professional and efficient service to the finance function, including ensuring all invoices are processes correctly and in a timely manner.

Key duties for this role;

Process purchase invoices onto Priority / Netsuite
Reconciliation of supplier statements & chase missing invoices
Handling any purchase enquiries or disputes with suppliers.
Filing invoices and statements,
Maintaining strong business relationships with suppliers.
General administrationWe would welcome applicants with the following skills and attributes; Purchase Ledger Assistant, Reconcile, Accounts, Finance, Administration, Data Entry, Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Communication, IT Literate, MS Office, Excel, Document Control.

Essential Skills

General IT skills, including the use of Microsoft packages.
Knowledge of GDPR legislation.
Has the ability to problem solve and is able to remain calm in high pressured situations.
Experienced in handling and resolving complex queries.
Excellent interpersonal skills, polite and diligent.
Accounts/Finance experience, or suitably qualified.
IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, BACS and ideally priority.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work to deadlines.
High level of capability in maths.
