Butler Rose are delighted to supporting our client, a highly successful professional services business, that are eager to appoint a capable purchase ledger assistant for an immediate start.

Role requirements:
Match, batch and code supplier invoices against purchase orders
Process supplier invoices on to the Sage 50 accounting system
Supplier statement reconciliation and query resolution to include raising credit notes
Preparing supplier payment runs

Person Requirements:
At least 1 years' experience of purchase ledger start to finish
Proficient in the use of Sage 50
Confident with high volume processing and adhering to deadlines
Excellent communication skills and effective telephone manner.
