Are you Immediately available and looking for a new role as Purchase Ledger Assistant?

My client who are based in Burton are looking to hire a temporary / fixed term Purchase Ledger Assistant.

You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of volume invoices across an in-house system, checking for accuracy. Also, you will be required to liaise with our internal and external customers therefore it is essential that you have first class, professional communication skills.


* Ensuring that invoices are coded to the correct nominal code

* Prepare and input invoices into an in-house system

* Dealing with supplies queries and resolving

* Sending out statements

* Processing the payroll for payment to suppliers

* Undertaking general office administration supporting the administration team

* Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

* Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Excel would be desirable at a level of Intermediate skills, coupled with the experience or ability processing high volumes of invoices accurately, and a good, can-do attitude is essential in this role


* Salary £10.00 - £12.00 p/h depending on experience
