£19,000 to £22,000

Our partner is looking for a purchase ledger assistant to join the existing finance team. Our ideal candidate would have experience working in a transactional finance environment along with IT skills, good customer service skill as well as a professional demeanour.

Key Parts Of The Role:

  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries or discrepancies.
  • Build up a sound working relationship through regular contact and review meetings with suppliers.
  • Network internally with other departments to provide good service and response to queries.
  • Upload invoices and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Good mental maths skills and able to do write up's
