Search Consultancy are working with a client based in Bearsden who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary basis. The role will be working completely remotely for the foreseeable. They are looking for a competent Accounts Assistant with a wealth of experience working in a fast paced finance team, you will be responsible for the day to day operational activities including the following:

- Purchase Ledger
- Supplier payments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Weekly & Monthly Payroll Runs
- Project Analysis
- VAT Return
- Income tax returns
- Supporting the Finance Manager in preparation for monthly Management Accounts

Skills required:

- Excellent IT Skills
- Great time management skills & attention to detail
- Flexible & Diligent approach with the ability to work under pressure
- SAGE experience
- IRIS Experience
- Confidential and trustworthy manner
- Microsoft office
