Superb People is partnering with a brilliant business based in Sleaford seeking to hire a new Purchase Ledger Assistant.

You will be working as part of a busy Accounts Team and be responsible for ensuring supplier invoices and credit notes are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

What you'll be doing:

* Purchase invoice posting

* Matching purchase orders and delivery notes

* Reconciling supplier statements

* Deal with supplier queries

* Prepare and perform BACS payment run in sterling and foreign currency

* Preparing bank reconciliations

* Supporting colleagues with adhoc duties

Your ideal background:

* Experience of a general accounts / finance role or purchase ledger role

* Good working knowledge of finance systems and Excel

* A team player and as good relationship builder
