Purchase Ledger Assistant

Purchase Ledger Assistant needed for our Newcastle, Stoke on Trent based client.

Duties include:

* Raise sales Invoices Purchase ledger entry

* Data analysis

* Understanding of PL process

* Matching delivery notes to purchase invoices

* Assisting with preparation of accounts

* Monthly journals

* Reconciliation's

* Various reporting

* Assisting the Finance Manager as required

You will have previous experience in an accounts department. You will have excellent Excel skills, a positive 'can do' attitude and be able to hit the ground running working within a team environment

£25 - £28k Pro Rata - 3 months initially temp to perm
