Purchase Ledger Assistant

We are looking for an expereinced part time purchase ledger assistant
Key Requirements
* Checking invoices and getting them signed off
* Input of invoices onto Sage 50 Accounts
* Preparing a payment list
* Preparing, reconciling and signing off company credit card statements
* Credit control
* General administration and filing
* Answering the phone
* Creating accounts on our FRED system and carrying out due diligence checks
Key skills and experience
* Previous experience working on Sage would be an advantage
* Knowldge of working with Microsoft office
* AAT level 3 an advantage but not essential
24 hours per week over 3 days which must include Tuesday and Friday.
Hours 8.00 - 16.30pm. There may an opportunity to increase hours/days as the company continues to grow.
Salary is negotiable
