Purchase Ledger Assistant

This position is available for an immediate start. The role is for a 12 month maternity cover position.

Duties will include:-

To carry out bank reconciliations and process cheque payments
To set up suppliers on the appropriate system
To prepare all sales invoices being processed by the UK office
To produce and analyse creditor reports, supplier statement reconciliations and ensuring payment of supplier invoices.
Agreeing payment terms with suppliers
To carry out payment runs and set up payments as necessary
To assist with month end procedures and the preparation of management accountsCandidates suited to this role will possess 1 - 2 years worth of experience within a similar role and will be computer literate, having a basic understanding of Excel.
