Accounts Payable Assistant // Salford // £20-22,0000

This successful services company are looking to add to their Accounts Payable team due to their continued success. If you are looking for a role with a stable company this would be a great next move.

This business is keen to develop all staff and internal progression is encouraged. The role reports into the Purchase Ledger Manager and is one of a team of four, each with their own portfolio of suppliers to manage.

Role and responsibilities:

Invoice processing - high volume
Query resolution
Liaising with suppliers and internal colleagues
Supplier Statement reconciliation
Preparation for the payment run
Ad hoc financial Administration

Experience required:

AAT studier or keen to develop and progress in the future
SAP experience or similar ERP such as Oracle
Two years experience working within an Accounts Payable role
Ability to resolve queries effectively
Fast and accurate processing ability
Excellent attention to detail.
Good excel skills
