Purchase Ledger Assistant

Description

Reed Accountancy are working with a well-established organisation based in Edinburgh who are looking to take on a Purchase Ledger Assistant for an initial period of 6 months with the potential for a longer term opportunity.

Working in a busy finance team, you will be responsible for:

*Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
*Matching and coding invoices
*Liaising with various departments for invoice authorisation
*Checking VAT on invoices
*Updating supplier accounts
*Reconciling supplier accounts
*Dealing with supplier queries
