Purchase Ledger Administrator

Reed are working with a leading retail and distribution business who are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger in the team to work closely with the Financial Controller.

What will the role involve?

  • Responsible for the purchase ledger including batching, coding and processing of invoices;
  • Reconcile statements where required;
  • Assist with the bank reconciliations and sales ledger as required;
  • Other ad hoc duties within the finance team.

Suitable Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a fast paced high volume purchase ledger role;
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Navision is desired;
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred;
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
