Minimum experience, training or qualifications required
* Do you have a driving license and access to your own transport?
* Do you have at least 1 year's experience as a Purchase Ledger Administrator or in a similar role?
My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their
established company based in the outskirts of York!

Your new role as a Purchase Ledger Administrator
* Carrying out daily company banking tasks as required
* Responding to internal and external queries regarding various matters including production of nominal ledger prints and arranging deliveries
* Verifying the validity of account discrepancies and investigating information from various sources as required
* Maintaining filing systems and keeping company records in order
* Assisting with the production of month end reports and statistics, reporting to the Head of Finance
* Producing internal invoices to authorise payments, processing staff expenses, processing al, purchase order and purchase invoices

* Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
* Highly organised and able to accurately follow established company processes
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
