Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a successful family run business in Bolton who are looking to expand their team with the appointment of a Purchase Ledger Administrator.

This is an excellent hybrid position with a mix of Purchase Ledger and Administrative duties. The role will be very varied and involve liaising with several customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Processing all purchase invoices
  • Matching, Batching and Coding invoices
  • Preparing monthly payment runs
  • Managing all incoming purchase ledger queries
  • Property management related administrative duties
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Queries relating to council tax and utility bills ect

You will join a small, friendly, and supportive Finance Team who will offer on-going supervision and support. Any previous experience working within the property industry would be highly beneficial.

To apply for this role candidates must have experience within Accounts Payable and be able to work autonomously and within a team environment. Strong working knowledge of Sage or a similar accounting software is also important alongside an excellent work ethic.

This role is on a reduced hours basis (25-30hours per week), and the days and hours can be worked around the candidates preference.
