Purchase Ledger Administrator - Bishops Stortford

£25,000 per year

Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator looking for a new opportunity within a fantastic new company? If yes, we are currently recruiting for an excellent client based in Bishops Stortford.

Duties:

· Posting invoices, supplier statement reconciliations and preparation of the purchase ledger BACS payments

· Matching of receipts to company credit card statements

· Updating and issuing annual rental agreements and posting of rental invoices

· Distribute/file the paperwork

· Reconcile cash purchase receipts from a company specialist system

· Weekly bank reconciliation

· Picking of stock for distribution as per orders

Candidate requirements:

· Flexible, able to prioritise, organised, self-motivated

· Good communicator, written and verbal, with a strong telephone manner

· Ability to work as part of a team, with a 'can do attitude'

· Good initiative and confident in learning new processes

· Detail orientated and accurate

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Outlook

· An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to be adaptable

37.5 hours per week, up-to 25k
