Our client is world leading manufacturer of lighting for security and safety, and they are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team in Ashington.

About the role

Post all purchase invoices and credit notes
Reconcile supplier statements
Deal with all suppliers
Chase short and missing supplier deliveries
Create Purchase Orders
Other Purchase Ledgers Tasks/ Office duties


Prior receptionist / administrative office experience - min 3 years
Previous experience in accounts purchase ledger role
Ability to plan and prioritise daily/ weekly workload
Good level understanding of purchase ledger
Excellent attention to detail
Good numerical accuracy
Strong Excel experience
Good telephone manner

Role is based in the office.
