Lisa Wright Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to work for a manufacturing business based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an all round knowledge of purchase ledger who is seeking a fresh challenge! Full time and part time hours are available.
Purchase Ledger Administrator duties will include:
* Purchase invoice checking and entry into the system
* Purchase ordering and purchase order receipt
* Dealing with general telephone enquiries
* Ensuring supplier and contractors are approved and monitored
* Use of bespoke and account software, Word and Excel
To be considered for this Purchase Ledger Administrator role you will need:
* Proven experience within accounts/purchase ledger
* The ability to work to tight deadlines
* The ability to process high volumes of repeat transactions
* A high level of numeracy and accuracy
* Proficient in MS Office.
Previous experience with Pegasus Opera III would be advantageous but not essential
