One of my lovely, established manufacturing clients based in Bradford, have a new vacancy for a Finance/Accounts Assistant to support their busy finance team.

Ensuring all customer and supplier payments are approved

Answering invoice queries with customers and investigating payments - credits

BACS allocation - Cheque allocation

Posting of purchase invoices

Credit Control - customer service and debt management of accounts if needed

Sales & purchase ledger processing and queries
Supporting Payroll
Other finance office administrative duties will be additional to the role to support the customer service teams and management. You will need to be familiar with Excel spreadsheets, customer databases and ideally Sage accounts packages.
