The key responsibility of the role is:

Ensuring timely collection of unpaid invoices
Working with sales team and senior staff to handle any query\'s in a timely manner
Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly debtor reports with high accuracy
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Posting cash receipts
Setting up new customer accounts
Raising credit invoicesProfile

The successful Pro Service Credit Controller will have:

A minimum of two years\' experience in credit control, ideally in a professional services environment
Financial systems experience (Agresso preferable)
Well-organised, diligent, proactive and assertive
A team player with a \'can-do\' attitude
Be outgoing and polite
A strong level of patient
Be diplomatic in difficult situations
Strong personable skills as well as respectful to clients and colleagues
Work well under pressure to hit targets
Be able to work with large accountancy team daily
