We are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy, friendly department in a fast-growing construction and civil engineering company.
You will be based in the Bristol office and joining a friendly team in a fast paced and enjoyable working environment.
Main Duties
Checking and coding Plant Hire/Haulage and Material Invoices for processing Keeping accurate records and recording data onto Excel Spreadsheet Processing Muck Away Tickets and ensuring details are recorded and sent to Surveying Department Dealing with any Supplier queries Answering calls and directing to relevant departmentRequirements
Experience of purchase ledger Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Good communication skills Good excel and word processing skills Flexibility and ability to adhere to strict deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
