We're recruiting for "Payroll Credit Controller" to be part of the E3 Recruitment team based at Head Office in Lindley, Huddersfield. The Payroll professional will report into the Finance Controller and be responsible for the smooth running of the weekly payroll which will entail processing 400+ timesheets. E3R have the technology to run automated timesheets, so part of the role will be checking process with some manual timesheet data entry.

You will join a small finance team and be office based integrating with all 27 employees within the company. We're currently operating social distance measures in the office which includes working from home, but we have been provided Key Worker Supply Status.

Payroll & Credit Controller Responsibilities Include:

Running payroll for temporary workers
Managing Pensions of Temporary workers
Managing AOE and other deductions
Payroll KPI & Client reporting
Conducting regular audits of payroll data to ensure data true & accurate
Credit Control for business - sending statements/ reminder letters/ phone calls/ resolving client queries.
Raising invoices
