Part Time Purchase Ledger - Bridgend - Temporary - £10.30 - £14.00 dependent on experience - 4 months

This role is working with one of our longest standing clients who are market leaders in their sector. They are looking for a Temporary Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team for a 4 month contract. Prior Purchase Ledger Experience is necessary.

Your key duties will involve all Purchase Ledger processes, matching invoices to purchase orders on various accounts, filling/processing invoices, escalating/resolving any purchase ledger related queries and maintaining records of queried invoices with explanations. You will plan payment runs on a weekly basis, managing the suppliers, along with statement reconciliations.

Key Achievement Areas:
Assist in the input of new charges including their reconciliations
Collation of expenditure incurred by the Company
General Administration include arranging payment cards, Direct Debit Receipting and card payments
Input Payments Accounts.
