Detailed Job Description

Purchase ledger clerk to log and process invoices on Sage
Gain authorisation prior to payment
File invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Expenses and credit card reconciliations
Petty cash management.
Assistance with utility bills and notifying and obtaining final accounts
Other accounts department ad-hoc administrative responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be:

Possess previous experience of purchase ledger processing
Have strong accuracy and attention to detail
