Training will be office based, 17:00-21:00 for 2-weeks - YOU MUST BE ABLE COMMITT TO THE TRAINING (hotels/travel 30 miles+ will be covered). Interviews will be held on site in Manchester as an Assessment Day, usually running 10am-2pm most Wednesdays.

Role: Debt Solution Adviser (Review Specialist)

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

Type: Part-Time/Permanent

Pro Rata Salary: £11,500 - £14,000

Hours: Monday-Thursday 17:00-21:00 (Possibility of extra hours so contract will be 16-20 hours)

  • Engaging with current customers on a daily basis to ensure that they are getting the best possible service
  • Complete comprehensive fact find with potential customers in order to determine their needs and requirements
  • Complete an income and expenditure with customers to assess their current situation and for current customers, to assess whether their existing debt solution is still suitable.
  • Complete an accurate financial statement through the use of effective questioning techniques
  • Assess the full range of options available to the potential customer and provide fair and balanced views on all appropriate debt solutions that could assist the potential customer now or in the future, these include Debt Management, Individual Voluntary Arrangement's, Bankruptcy, Budgeting Advice, Think Money Personal Account, Free Services or ancillary products such as Money Saving Team or Personal Protection Insurance reclaim.
  • Advise on most suitable solution in line with consumer outcomes

About You

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience of working in a customer focused service environment
  • Ability to deal with a multiple product range
  • Proven ability of achieving consistent KPIs
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Previous experience of working in a call focused role
  • Preferable - Degree level of education
