National Digital Trade Credit Officer

We are the world leader in digital trade credit trading is looking for an exceptional individual to join our UK team.

Duties primarily include:

  • Sourcing unsold and wasting inventory from private companies with turnovers between 1 million and 250 million
  • Creating 2-sided bonded trading agreements protecting both buyer and seller
  • Locating inventory for the sellers to spend their digital trade credits
  • Liaison with National account managers to sell identified inventory to existing as well as new suitable buyers
  • Overseeing of the entire cost centre
  • Creating events in conjunction with National marketing team [ online as well as in situ]
  • Liaison with National PR team to increase awareness of the concept nationally
  • Liaison with the sustainability team promoting carbon offset and charity angels' programs nationally

Base salary of £26,000 - Uncapped bonuses paid monthly leading to OTE £100,000 plus - Company car - Participation free trading account - Totally flexible hours

Additional Information

Total control over the cost centre reporting directly to the National trading director.

Essential Skills

Experience and skills required:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in the digital trade credit space or similar
  • English to a standard to explore opportunity with up to C suite executives
  • Great communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to understand P&L balance sheets and appropriate financial statements
  • A working knowledge of digital trade credit contracts
  • A burning desire to hit and exceed targets and reach goals
  • Ability to work without supervision and be willing to travel to all parts of the UK
  • Sound IT skills particularly MSN products and CRM
  • Familiarity of International trading and in particular Universal Currency
