Mortgage Documentation/Credit Admin

Description:

A niche city lender are keen to recruit within their credit loan administration team with a focus on credit proposals, risk ratings and loan documentation.

Overview:

·Appraisal of credit proposals from origination for credit approval

·To assess credit grade/internal risk rating based on the bank's systems

·To carry out review/renewals of the existing loan accounts

·Provision of transaction support including making input in to loan documentation and ensuring that loan documentation complies with credit approvals.

·Credit Monitoring of the borrower accounts to maintain the healthy asset portfolio

·Administration of all operational aspects of trade finance and Loan products.

·End to end oversight and management of loan accounts

·Liaising regularly with borrowers, surveyors, solicitors.

Experience:

2-3 years experience within UK property loan/credit administration (credit ratings/documentation/reviews)

Advanced Microsoft Office skills - particularly Word and Excel
