Accountable recruitment are recruiting on behalf a growing company based near Liverpool for an Accounts administrator.

Salary: £20,000
Hours: 9-5am
Immediate start!

This role is ideal for someone dynamic looking to gain further knowledge in an all round administration role, with the opportunity to get involved in all transactional functions including payroll.

Skills/Responsibilities:
-Experience in sales ledger and purchase ledger
-Ability to manage and reconcile ledgers and statements
-Produce sales order batches and invoices
-E-mail invoices and statements to customers
-Admin support for weekly wages - Collate weekly wage hours and calculate average holiday and overtime calculations.
-Liaise with Payroll Bureau
-Word and excel experience essential
-Sage accounts knowledge advantageous
-Good communication skills and flexible, occasional reception cover
