Junior Administrator/Purchase Ledger

I am currently recruiting a Junior Administration/Purchase Ledger to join a client of mine based in the Newport area. This will Junior role so no experience is required but you will need good I.T. and maths and written English skills.

This position will be paying £8.72 an hour, This is also a 34 hour a week job running from Monday to Thursday 9 - 5 and 9 - 4 on a Friday. You will get 28 holidays a year including bank holidays. Free on site parking and company pension. But this company does offer a lot of progression opportunities.

Your main job roles will be:

Marking Delivery notes
Filling in Delivery notes
Learning product reports
Running product reports
Dealing with invoices
Answering in bound calls and calling customers to obtain orders
Purchase invoices
Credit notes
General admin duties
Purchase Ledger work
Cover all general office duties to cover other staff as and when neededTo be considered for this role:

Solid Maths and English skills (you will be tested)
IT computer literate
Very confident
Strong telephone Manner
Experience in a similar previous role is ideal but not essential.
Willing to learn and reliable
Being able to drive is ideal but not essentialAs mentioned previously there will be lots of progression with this role.
