Your Company:A rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution business is searching for a motivated and diligent Interim Credit Controller to join their team, which is located within the Bournemouth area. With recent and sustainable success under their belt, this innovative business is forward thinking and focused on expanding their presence and continuing to progress the company ahead; developing and working on trends and evolving into an ethical and sustainable company for the long haul.Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this role your duties may include, but are not limited to:* Proactively contacting customers via telephone and email to secure payments* Ensuring that correspondence with customers is kept up to date and that any queries are dealt with in a timely manner* Processing and dealing with both customer and supplier invoicing* Assisting with bank and supplier statement reconciliations* Helping with the preparation of weekly payment runs* Monitoring of overdue accounts, handling the reduction of payments on accounts and also preparing ad hoc reportsWhat you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role will need to have previous credit control and purchase ledger experience and should have prior knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft Office. In order to work well as part of a team and effectively liaise with customers and suppliers, you would need to have strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
