Circa £27,500 depending on skills
Full Time, 37 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract (18 months)

They now have an opportunity for an Income Collection Advisor to join their team to be responsible for the collection of income and to provide support to enable them to meet their objectives.

Monitoring rent accounts within a certain geographic area, you will take the appropriate action to reduce and recover any debt, resolve Housing Benefit and Universal Credit payment issues, refer cases to court and provide basic welfare benefit and money advice to their tenants to ensure targets are met and income is maximised.

You will need to have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels along with having good persuasive and negotiating skills. Experience in a similar role and working jointly and effectively with other service providers is key and you will have previously used IT based rent accounting systems.

Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, you will have the ability to manage your own workload and will have previously worked in a target driven environment.
