Group Credit Control Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Group Credit Control Manager to join and lead our team of 5!

Salary: Competitive

Group Credit Control Manager Duties:

• Management of credit risk on a proactive and commercial basis for our three trading entities.
• Developing relationships with credit insurers and brokers.
• Managing the collection of debt for the group.
• Taking a hands-on approach to escalated queries.
• Maintain effective communication with the Senior Management Team.
• Implement effective strategies to reduce debtor days and aged debt.
• Provide solutions and drive process implementation and improvement.

Group Credit Control Manager Requirements:

• B2B commercial debt management experience.
• Extensive sales ledger experience with a strong understanding of credit processes and debt collection techniques.
• Knowledge of legal action protocol.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence and the ability to take responsibility.
• Fit within our strong entrepreneurial culture.
• Adaptability within a changing environment
• 5+ years of credit management experience.
• Recognised advanced qualification in Credit Management and Membership of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) or similar
