Marks Sattin currently working with a Hunslet based company within the security sector who are looking for a Sales Ledger clerk! The company are currently working fully remotely, but will be permanently sticking with hybrid working, with a maximum of up to 2 days a week in the office.

The role is a permanent opportunity, initially joining the business as a Sales Ledger clerk which will progress onto a Sales Ledger Team Leader role within the next 18 - 2 years for the right candidate.

They are looking to pay up to £22,000 for the role and this is a full time 37.5 hour role.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Dealing with Customer/ supplier queries professionally and efficiently by phone and email
  • Dealing with Internal queries professionally and efficiently by phone and email
  • Processing orders daily
  • Processing invoices and setting up billing contracts
  • Processing of credit notes
  • Raising renewal invoices
  • Checking and amending new customer accounts and billing contracts
  • Onboarding of new Suppliers per Company standards.
  • Sending out copy invoices on request
  • Ad hoc billing requests
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Processing weekly & monthly BACS payments.
  • Reconciling statements from suppliers and liaising with them to resolve queries relating to invoices.
