European Speaking Credit Controller - Slough - Permanent - Up to £30k + Bonus

IN2 Consult have an exciting opportunity for an experienced European speaking Credit Controller to join an EMEA Shared Service Centre based near Slough on a permanent basis. The role is initially remote due to Covid, however it will be based in the office once the pandemic is over, so please apply if you can get to Slough on a full time basis.

The duties of the role include:

Building strong relationships with customers
Collecting outstanding debts via telephone, email and letter
Reducing DSO
Producing monthly reports on debts collected
Taking payments via debit and credit cards over the phone

The successful candidate will:

Have experience of working within a Shared Service Centre
Have at least 3 years Credit Control experience
Speak native level in any other European language
