Get Recruited is working with an industry leading software business. They're looking to hire a Dutch and German speaking Credit Controller to join the credit control team in their Manchester City Centre office and focus on the Benelux and DACH customers. The Credit Controller will be responsible for ensuring that cash relating to outstanding accounts is collected.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Ensure outstanding accounts are collected by phone and email Liaise with internal Account Manager and key stakeholders, to follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders Reconcile client accounts Have monthly debt reviews with the team manager. Forecast expected payments for Team Manager. Raise credit paperwork. Issue copies of invoices and credits. Chase and resolve more complex debts Liaise with external stakeholders of all levels, ensuring a professional relationship is maintained in English, Dutch or German Process refunds as and where applicable. Responsible for adhering to all internal policy and procedures in relation to security best practice. ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Previous Credit Control experience Experience and understanding of complex billing systems with multiple ledger items Self-motivated, with a sense of accountability and urgency Fluency in Dutch is mandatory Professional level in German is desired For this you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 base + benefits TO APPLY: Please send your CV today for immediate consideration.
