Debt Recovery Manager (Ashford)

Description:

Established Kent practice seeks Debt Recovery Manager to oversee existing workload working part time (3 days per week) from the firms Ashford office. You will be joining the firms litigation team dealing with client unpaid invoices, debts and tenant arrears which includes carrying out enforcement work when required. Some experience/knowledge of insolvency would be an advantage although not essential. Candidates will either be experienced Debt Managers, Legal Executives or non practicing Solicitors.
