Debt Recovery Lawyer - Local Authority

Our client, a respected and dynamic local authority in East London, are currently recruiting for a Locum Debt Recovery Lawyer.

The role requires the successful candidate to handle debts in relation to:

• Unpaid Section 74 Charges
• Unpaid FPNs
• Welfare Unit/Container Licenses
• Permit Fees
• Planning Discharge Fees
• Unpaid Emergency Road Closures Fees

The post will be on going on a full-time basis and the client is able to offer flexible home working options.
