Starboard Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our well established client's across the Financial Services sector.
Due to a period of growth, our client is now looking to recruit full time Permanent Credit Management Specialists, to work Monday- Friday, a degree of flexibility is required due to the nature of our clients business.
The role:
* You will be responsible outbound calls to accomplish the efficient and timely collection of outstanding monies
* Arranging suitable payment plans working within FCA guidelines
* Monitoring payments
* Meeting an exceeding KPI's within quality and productivity
* Ensure that you follow best practice on all calls
* Deal with general queries and account enquiries
Candidate:
* Previous experience working within collections or Credit Control is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to communicate with people at all levels
* Self -motivated
* Desire to succeed
