Job Description:

The Credit Controller will be responsible for the recovery of money owed to the organisation. Working alongside one other person, duties will include:

Working with internal team to seek timely payment of invoices
Producing reports containing information on the status of invoices - reporting on unpaid invoices to Client Managers and working on actions required
Liaising within internal staff to collate any information needed and to feedback about unpaid invoices
Occasionally contacting clients directly to chase payment of invoices
Where necessary, raising Letters Before Action (LBA) letters in respect of unpaid invoices
Following through on proceeding until payment of invoices once LBA is issued, or passing over to Dispute Resolution team if contested Candidate requirements for the Credit Controller role: -

Previous credit control/debt recovery experience
Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Vlookups
Great time management and organisational skills Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum
