Customer Credit Administrator
We are looking to recruit a Customer Credit Administrator - initially for 6 months with the potential to turn into permanent roles for the right candidate!
As a Vanarama Customer Credit Administrator you will be responsible for receiving and processing our customer credit applications. This will involve:
* Receiving the application
* Checking for accuracy
* Running the quote through the funder system
* Uploading the quote to the funder system
* Keeping track of the outstanding quotes and ensuring that we get a decision back from the funder in a timely manner.
You must be able to follow a process and have excellent attention to detail. You will need to be articulate because you must be able to leave precise notes on the CRM. You must also be able to manage multiple tasks at once so excellent organisation skills!
Based at our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead you will be part of a small friendly and fun team with onsite parking, free teas and coffee and an onsite Cafe!
Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 5:30 and Friday 9-5:00.
