Customer / Credit Advisor

We are recruiting for a Credit Control vacancy working a fast growing company in Deeside. This is a remote position working from home, all equipment will be provided and training will be via teams.

Salary £18k - rising to £18.5k after 6 months + Bonus

Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm

Key duties:

* Manage your set of customer accounts and build relationships with those customers, ensuring you provide the highest level of service

* Work with internal departments to resolve customer queries

* Take payments and manage cash allocation appropriately

* Maintain accurate and up to date customer details on the database

* Resolve queries relating to orders in order to resolve late payment issues

Experience Required:

* Previous telephone based customer service experience is essential

* Credit control training will be provided

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to pick up in-house systems

* Self motivated individual with ability to work under pressure

* Customer focused/drive to deliver improved customer satisfaction

* Good organisational skills
