Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working alongside a leading Manufacturing business based in the Leeds Area as they look to recruit a Credit Support Analyst to join their busy Finance Team and provide reporting, analytical, and administrative support for the Credit & Risk Department!

Reporting into the Credit Manager you will work pro-actively providing analytical support for the Credit & Risk Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Credit Analyst or a Credit Controller who has experience with reporting to join a fantastic business and gain exposure working in a busy finance team.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

* Handling complex customer queries, internal investigation and follow up through to resolution stage within a given timescale
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers to conclude all queries in a timely manner
* Log all incoming queries onto internal database
* Controlling customer payment deductions
* Ensuring requests for documentation are fulfilled to minimise delay to scheduled payment terms (copy invoices / applications and POD's)
* Preparing monthly full site reconciliation to support application process
* Monthly analysis of customer deductions and query levels
* Support for weekly & month end reporting
* Preparing monthly backing documentation for application process for submission to customer
* Fortnightly statement preparation
* Collating data for analysis
* Update and maintain customer account data as required
* Ledger allocations
* Support for daily cash and allocations
* Supporting the order to invoice process and investigating and resolving any issues as required
* Liaising with internal departments on billing matters

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

* Minimum of 2 years Credit Control Support experience
* MS Office Excel to Intermediate / Advanced level (pivot tables, sum if and lookups)
* Coda Financials & AS400 System Knowledge (desirable not essential)
* Strong analytical skills
* Logical and organised
* Attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving and numeracy skills
