Credit Manager (CICM Level 5) - Up to £55k + Benefits - Harlow

We are currently looking for a Credit Manager with their level 5 CICM qualification (or working towards) to join a leading global beauty and skincare company.

The Credit Manager will be responsible for ensuring that company credit and collections policies are followed. They will manage a team and duties will include team development, recruitment, and reviews.

Responsibilities of the Credit Manager:

Managing a team - recruitment, team developer and performance reviews.
Supplier management for payment platforms
Department reporting
Regular ongoing monitoring of the portfolio of accounts to identify any follow up any outstanding issues with credit agency alerts, late payment of invoices, debit notes, credit claims, salary overpayments and disputes.
Managing the monthly B2C account reconciliations (i.e., E-Comm and Retail outlets)
Essential Background/Skills

Considerable experience within Credit Control - ideal to have been gained in a retail or FMCG environment.
Must have a Level 3 to Level 5 CICM certification
Experience managing a team including team development skills.
Experience with accounting software
Computer literate with strong Word and Excel skills Demonstrable efficient time management, prioritization and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and good communication.
Clean driving license.
